ERACON 2005 : Frequent questions and answers

1. If I want to stay more days outside the period 1-5 June 2005 how much do I have to pay?
Answer: Outside the official period you may book additional days through the registration system on F/B basis at the same hotel for the same price. Single: 80 Euro per night (F/B) Double: 65 Euro per night per person (F/B) You may also use another hotel, if you like, and make your own arrangements.

2. What are the official hotels of the conference?
Answer: At the moment we booked two hotels, Sun-Hall in Larnaca and Beau Rivage in Larnaca. Both are of same quality and are just on the beach. The organizers will place participants randomly in these two hotels. The conference place is at Intercollege Nicosia. Bus will run from both hotels in the morning and afternoon. We expect more than 200 participants at the conference. If needed we will add new hotels.

3. If I bring my spouse what is covered for her if each pays 65 Euro per day.
Answer: As it is described in the web, those who choose double room will have paid the three lunches, Thursday, Friday and Saturday plus the reception and dinner of Thursday at the Greek tavern. The bus cost from hotel to the conference place and back is also included in the accommodation. The excursion cost is included in the registration fee. If your spouse does not register at the conference then she will have to pay for the excursion, which is 20 Euro.
