REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION FEES

Registration fees:

EAEC Members 150 Euro (includes: conference bag, abstracts booklet, coffee breaks, excursion, fair well dinner on Saturday evening, access to all lectures and workshops, participation in the Go-exchange fair)

Non members 200 Euro (includes: conference bag, abstracts booklet, coffee breaks, excursion, fair well dinner on Saturday evening, access to all lectures and workshops, participation in the Go-exchange fair)

Accommodation fees:
Single room: 95 Euro per day per person
Double room: 65 Euro per day per person

The above includes Thursday-Friday-Saturday lunches, Wednesday dinner, Thursday reception, Friday dinner, transportation from and to Istanbul Ataturk Airport, transportation to and from hotel to the conference site and half-day local trip on Saturday afternoon.
