Registration Fees for PHYSICAL Participation  (see option for ONLINE participation below)

  • EAEC Members - 280 euro
  • EAEC Member and Speaker - 200 euro
  • Non EAEC Member - 400 euro
  • Non EAEC Member and Speaker - 350 euro
  • Local HEI Participants - 50% discount on the fees above

Payment Deadline: 8 June 2022

  • Ministers awardees receive 25% discount on registration fees

 New benefits for members of EAEC with reduced registration fees at the ERASMUS Congress
 and Exhibition – ERACON 2022. The savings are €120 per registered participants with a
 maximum of two reduced registrations from each membership affiliated institution/organization.

 Note: The reduced registration fee is not applied to those who participate with ERASMUS+
 funding as their registration will be already reduced

Registration Fees for ONLINE Participation

  • Selected presentations will become available to those registered via ZOOM
  • Registration fee for Online Participation: 250 euro
  • Certificate of online participation will be sent to all online participants.

No refunds for non-using any of the above

We recommend purchasing flight tickets with FLEX, allowing change of dates if needed.

Note: Registration to ERACON 2022 certifies your acceptance to publish your photo & video on this website taken during the ERACON 2022 activities.
