On this tour you will have the chance to visit Polis Chrysochous, an area full of green, natural beauties, excellent sea andq beaches. Travelling through the village of Peyeia you will reach Kathikas village, which is well known for its grape production, most notably Sultana grapes. Moving on towards the edge of the Northern Peninsula, via Droushia village you will visit the Baths of Aphrodite. Shaded by an old fig tree, amidst lush greenery, legend tells that the Ancient Greek Goddess Aphrodite used to bathe in the waters. According to Greek mythology, Aphrodite met her lover Adonis at this beautiful spot when he stopped for a drink whilst hunting, and fell in love with her the moment when he drank the water. Free time will be given at Polis harbor.

This tour will have the first stop at the Aphrodite’s Rock (Petra tou Romiou) which is one of the most beautiful coastlines on the island with fascinating view of the Mediterranean Sea. That point is according to the mythology, the area where Aphrodite the Goddess of Love arose from the waves. Moving on towards you will visit the ancient site of Curium. Curium was an ancient city-kingdom and it’s one of the most important archaeological sites of the island. The magnificent Greco-RomanTheatre with its breathtaking views, originally built in the 2nd century BC, is now fully restored and is used for musical and theatrical performances. Within the area, the group will visit the House of Eustolios with its stunning 5th century mosaics. Continue your tour to Apollo Hylates, which was the God of the Woodland and was the protector of Kourion. It is believed that he was worshipped at the site from the 8th century BC to the 4th century AD. His sanctuary was an important religious centre and underwent many extensions and alterations in different periods. Finally, on our return we will stop at Yeroskipou Village to sample the famous Paphos Delights ‘Loukoumia’.
